Air emissions calculations and reporting
Over the past decade, Savaria Experts-Conseils has acquired significant experience in calculating atmospheric emissions. We perform the calculations and prepare the declarations for the Québec Inventory of Atmospheric Emissions (IQÉA), in accordance with the Regulation respecting the mandatory declaration of certain emissions of contaminants into the atmosphere (RDOCECA), as well as the declarations for the purposes of the Inventory National Pollutant Releases (INRP).
Quantification of greenhouse gas emissions
As part of the ministerial authorization of certain activities presented in Appendix I of the Regulation respecting the regulation of activities based on their impact on the environment (REAFIE), an estimate of greenhouse gas emissions for activities/equipment/processes is required. Savaria Experts-Conseils has the expertise to produce estimates that meet MELCC requirements.

By-law 21-042 of the City of Montreal
In order to achieve carbon neutrality by 2050, the City of Montreal has adopted the By-law concerning the disclosure and rating of greenhouse gas emissions from large buildings (21-042). From 2022, large buildings will have to disclose the sources and amounts of energy their facilities produce.
